QBE is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced project co-ordinator to support the delivery of a program of finance change.

The opportunity 

  • Provide direct support to the project teams on a day-to-day basis
  • General administration support, including cross-time zone meeting co-ordination and minute taking
  • Co-ordination of international travel and accommodation for the project team
  • Assist with the management of project financials
  • Assist with the maintenance of project plans
  • Prepare and update project reports; including presentations, status reports, issues and risk registers, minutes etc.
  • Follow up of actions and deliverables
  • Ensure high quality project documentation is maintained

 What does success look like?

  • Project administration and support
  • Exposure to full system development lifecycle
  • Experience in insurance or reinsurance industry an advantage
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of working within project methodologies
  • A detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office package including MS Project and Visio
  • Be prepared to work outside standard business hours to attend cross-time zones meetings
