Reporting to the Deputy CFO – Planning & Performance, you will be responsible for driving strategic reviews of portfolios,  developing medium to long term plans and financial frameworks. This role will offer business insights using storyboarding techniques and financial modelling by analysing financial results and key metrics.

The opportunity

  • You will bring insight from customers, partners, our people, competitors, outside industries, regulators and technology / insuretechs to articulate and assist informed strategic decision making for portfolios.
  • You will structure and facilitate workshops and meetings at the working group level to engage stakeholders, develop solutions and build momentum for change.
  • Work with business and finance teams to understand the drivers of identified portfolios 
  • Proactively manage timelines to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Provide AUSPAC LT (Australia Pacific Leadership Team) and Group Head Office with standard and ad hoc insights and analysis as required.

  • The ability to work independently and use a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
