Our client, a highly successful and growing multi-national corporate insurance group, is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team.

In this key role, you will enjoy providing full administration support to the CEO with responsibilities including:

  • Producing internal presentations
  • Acting as a mentor and providing guidance to team assistants 
  • Contact management and co-ordinating calendar and travel arrangements
  • Drafting and reviewing tenders and business plans
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to assist driving new initiatives and projects
  • Working along-side the executive team to develop business strategies
  • Personal tasks for the CEO including banking, property management, family travel arrangements and other tasks as required 

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the high energy to match the driven nature of the CEO, along with self-confidence and the ability to think outside the square to overcome any challenges. 

To be successful in securing this fantastic role you will have exceptional attention to detail, a demonstrated track-record of driving initiatives, corporate presentation, strong communication and proven organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and excellent computer literacy. A minimum of 3 years’ corporate office experience at an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant level is essential. Commercial insurance industry knowledge will be highly regarded.
