We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Case Manager to join our Treasury Management Fund (TMF) branch located in Parramatta.

As a Case Manager for the TMF team you will provide proactive claims management for injured workers and their employers. Within the team you will work closely with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and onsite visits to ensure a safe and durable return to work.

The opportunity:

You will provide end-to-end claims management for your client portfolio, drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision making skills to achieve return to work objectives. You will also be working in a flexible, positive and driven team environment.

What does success look like?

The role requires a high level of customer service, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate in a professional manner to a number of different stakeholders.

As well as enjoying being an integral member of a team that delivers satisfying outcomes for individuals you will have a positive and flexible attitude and be motivated to deliver superior results.

Experience in workers’ compensation and/or case management as well as an allied health qualification would be desirable but not essential.
