As part of this plan we are currently recruiting Quality Assurance Officer to work from our Auckland branch.

Providing feedback and reporting measures on performance and quality, to ensure we are providing a solution that meets the business needs and requirements.

We are looking for a solutions-focused person, who prides themselves on laser sharp attention to detail on every task they complete. A self-motivated individual who is a natural relationship builder at all levels who can identify training needs and constructively coach team members as required.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Experience in an insurance claims environment or a background in providing an acute attention to detail and coaching in their day-to-day work
  • A modern approach to improving the business and a willingness to accept change
  • Self-motivated with organisational and communication skills
  • An analytical approach to problem-solving and a thoroughness in your approach to work
