Office Manager - Insurance Broking

Nationwide Insurance Brokers, a well-established suburban broker based in Castle Hill, has an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our friendly, customer-focused insurance team. The role is a permanent full-time position, with an immediate start.

Working as an integral part of the well-established and highly successful team, this role will be responsible for running the office, compliance and servicing a small portfolio and be part of the growth of the business with the support of our partners.

The successful applicant will possess: 

  • Minimum of five years' broking experience
  • Insurance broking qualifications (Tier 1 essential)
  • Computer savvy
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in managing people desirable
  • Excellent problem solving skills and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
