Team Assistant - Taree

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expert team in Taree. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic, driven and looking for career progression.

The Role:

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the team
  • Data entry and typing
  • Assisting brokers with client placements and facilitating claims
  • Support with reception duties, including processing of CTP insurance

You will have:

  • Previous administrational experience (minimum three years)
  • Enthusiasm towards sales and/or previous sales experience
  • Previous insurance industry experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A happy, enthusiastic and positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • A desire to succeed and contribute to your team’s result
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and achieve goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise with team members, insurers and clients
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised, whilst understanding the importance of working as part of a team
  • Effective organisational skills combined with a high attention to detail
  • Willingness to take on feedback for improvement and development
  • A strong administration all-rounder with good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
