Here’s a sneak peek at what you could be doing in this role:
- Managing litigated PL claims
- Developing claims managing and finalisation strategies with external legal providers aimed at achieving optimal claims financial outcomes
- Maintaining internal claims/administrative system.
To be the best in this role, you will need:
- To be admitted as a solicitor
- Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in managing litigated public liability claims
- To effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Effective time-management skills
- To be results-oriented yet empathetic in your approach
- A high level of motivation
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A current Australian Drivers Licence.
